Returns & Refunds
Thanks for shopping at GORITE SDN BHD. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Customer satisfaction is paramount for us. To make sure that our customers love the GORITE SDN BHD shopping experience, we go out of our way to provide a comprehensive return policy.
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
What if item(s) is damaged during delivery?
Every piece of our product is safely packaged in flat box for safe transit and will be delivered and handled by a professional delivery driver. However, in the rare occurrence of item(s) being damaged during delivery, you can return the item upon delivery or report it within 30 days from the date of delivery. Please contact our customer service team and we will arrange to send a replacement without any extra delivery charges.
What if item(s) is faulty?
Every piece of product leaving our warehouse will checked for quality control, but there will be times our eyes overlooked a certain defect. If the item is faulty and does not function as warranted during the warranty period, GORITE SDN BHD will either, at our discretion:
a. Repair it to make it function as warranted, or
b. Replace it with one that is at least functionally equivalent
c. If (a) and (b) is unable to be fulfilled, you may return the product for a refund
Please note that we require images/videos to better assist you with regards to the defects.
How do I request for a return?
To kick start a return request, all you will need to do is fill in our return form that will be provided upon request and our team will be in touch with you shortly on the next steps. For more details on Returns & Refunds, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies or other method of payment as agreed.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
