How long is the warranty period? 

All GORITE SDN BHD products are covered by a two (2) years warranty against manufacturing defect. The warranty period for the product starts on the date of delivery which must be registered and activated within two (2) weeks from delivery date.

Please note that promotion products and accessories do not carry this warranty.

What does this warranty cover?

We warrant that all product is free from defects in materials and workmanship and conforms to GORITE SDN BHD published catalogue.

What this warranty does not cover?

This warranty does not cover failure resulting from daily wear and tear, misuse, accident, modification, unsuitable physical or operating environment, or improper maintenance by you.

How do I keep track of the warranty?

You can either keep the original proof of purchase, including invoice, sales receipt or delivery order, or register your warranty within two (2) weeks from delivery date. Please contact info@goritemy.com for warranty registration.

Please note that the warranties provided by GORITE SDN BHD apply only to GORITE SDN BHD products you purchase for your usage, and not for resale.

How do I request for a service?

To kick start a return request, all you will need to do is fill in our product service form and our team will be in touch with you shortly on the next steps. Please contact info@goritemy.com for more details.

What kind of service will I get?

Based on your description on the product service form, we will assess whether the complaint is based on a deficiency of manufacturing of material nature, or whether it is due to normal wear and tear.

If we find that your complaint is justifiable, we may either rectify it by:
a.       Send spare parts that you will easily be able to fit yourself, provided that you can accept this solution, or
b.       Exchange the item
c.       If (a) and (b) is unable to be fulfilled, you may return the product for a refund

What if the warranty on the product has expired?

If the warranty on the product has expired or if you have damaged your furniture by accident, you are of course still welcome to contact our customer service team at info@goritemy.com. We will be more than delighted to help you.
